Cancellation Policy

Standard Flexible Rates:
Cancellations or amendments made up to 24 hours prior to local check-in time (14:00) are completely free of charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to the first night's room rate (plus applicable taxes).
Non-Refundable / Promotional Rates:
Reservations made under Special Offers, Early Bird discounts, or Non-Refundable rates are non-changeable and non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No-Show Policy:
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the reservation will be marked as a No-Show, and the full charge for the first night (or entire stay, depending on rate terms) will apply.

Booking & Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Check-in & Check-out Times:
- Standard Check-in Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Standard Check-out Time: Until 12:00 (12:00 PM)
- Valid government-issued photo ID or passport is strictly required upon check-in for all guests.
Payment & Deposits:
- Full payment or credit card authorization may be required to guarantee your booking depending on the selected rate plan.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash (VND), and local bank transfers at check-in.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out Fees:
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability upon request.
- Check-in before 09:00: 100% of one night's room charge.
- Check-in between 09:00 and 14:00: 50% of one night's room charge.
- Check-out up to 18:00: 50% of one night's room charge.
- Check-out after 18:00: 100% of one night's room charge.
Children & Extra Bed Rules:
- Children aged 0–5 stay free when using existing bedding.
- Guests aged 6 and above are considered adults and may require an extra bed charge.
Hotel Rules & Regulations:
- Smoking: All guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will apply for smoking inside guest rooms.
- Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited on hotel grounds.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
